Mother Teresa once said “I can do things you cannot. You can do things I cannot. Together we can do great things.” Help make one of the biggest events in Shrewsbury even better by giving your time to make the weekend’s events happen. It takes 200+ volunteers to run the festival. If you have even a few hours to spare, we have a job for you. We have something for everyone, from stay-at-home parents to students.

Qualification: Love to mingle with the crowd.
Task: Walk around the festival to interact with children.
Unloaders and Packers
Tasks: Help unload and pack up vendors’ items.
Times needed: Unload at 7:30am. Pack up at 4pm.
Clubs that have a fundraiser at the Town Expo are asked to help with the unloading and packing up of all vendors.
Day of the Festival & Helping Behind the Scenes
Examples of tasks:
- Information Table
- Volunteers Table
- Moonwalk Monitors
- Volunteer Assistants (Snack Room/ Entertainment/Volunteer site/Donations/Signups)
Parade Participants (Clubs/Organizations/Old Cars)
Clubs/organizations/old cars are invited to participate in the parade on Sunday at 1pm. Participants are encouraged to dress in silly costumes or attire to make their club stand out. Signs/banners are also desired for each club in the parade.
Registration form required. Rules & Regulations must be followed. An adult, whose name must be on the registration form, must accompany the group. No throwing of candy allowed.
